Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Click the Customer Service link at the top of this page. Then Click the account history link. Sign in with your email and password. You will be taken to your order history page. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Items ship within 1-2 business Days of Purchase, unless you purchased an Auralee Handmade Exclusive from the Auralee Exclusives Catagory then your item will ship within 4-5 business days after your item has been Handmade especially for you.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping is FREE in the USA by First Class Mail.
Priority Mail and Overnight Shipping are available from a drop down box on the checkout Page.

Q. How do I return an item?
A. Please return any items in original condition within 30 days of receipt to:

Q. What type of refund will I receive once I return an item.
A. Auralee & Company will refund the original Purchase price of your item which includes Free First Class Mail Shipping.
Priority Mail or Express Mail Charges are NOT Refundable. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer and is also not refundable.
